Skin Care

·         Don’t take hot showers, because it snatches moisture of skin. rather use warm water

·         Moisturize and massage your skin regularly

·         For smoothness of skin hydrate body with raw vegetables and fluids(fresh juices and water)

·         Eat healthy nutritious food ,it brings glow on skin
