Tips for long healthy and beautiful hair


The dream of long, healthy and sexy hair can be come true but it requires bit hard work to do. Bad care of hair can lead to damage, split ends, dull hair and early hair loss. So here are certain tips to have long and healthy heir.
·         Wash your hair softly and thoroughly several times a week. Use a top quality shampoo according to your type of long hair — dry, normal, combination, or oily. Scrub the hair on your scalp and massage down to the ends of your long hair.
·         Make sure that you are not sleeping with tight braided hair in a tight ponytail. The stress can cause breakage and/or hair loss.
·         Use a high quality conditioner on your hair every day. Pay special attention to long hair’s ends, adding extra conditioner and pressing into the ends of your long hair softly..
·         Wash long hair with warm, then cool water — not so hot. Hot water can damage your long hair, causing it to look frizzy and become difficult to manage and style.
·         After drying your long hair gently with soft towel squeeze out extra moisture. No need to wrap the hair with towel and place on top to make them dry, it will cause hair to become damaged and rough.
·         Detangle your hair gently; pulling down on your hair too hard will cause breakage.
